Gene Key 41: The Prime Emanation - Leadership as conscious initiation

Leadership is about choices.
The choice of what to bring into form, and on a personal note knowing which parts of yourself to bring forward.
Gene Key 41 offers much for us to consider about the way we lead, teaching us that nothing truly begins without something else completing.
And even when we choose what to start, it's about more than our actions; it's also what we are willing, or required, to release.
The lower energy of fantasy serves the same purpose as anticipation and emanation, just at different, elevating, states.
The desire is to bring something forward that hasn’t been experienced for self, and as the frequency rises – being of service, and bringing something new, to others takes over.
The power of co-creation
To co-create is to set the intention, take the step forward and create space - to release the next ending - so we can be met by those things beyond just ourselves; people, timing, opportunities, the intelligence we cannot predict.
And it is in the space – the in-between – where we ‘hold’ the vision, and ourselves, during the transition between the beginning and ending.
The extent that we can let go, so that we can be met in our co-creating, is where we find our power to lift our frequency.
We have to be able to let events unfold.
Easier said than done, as a central role of leadership is managing the expectations of others who anticipate, and cast their reality, as to what comes next.
And that is the great question for a leader; what comes next?
Just as we witness children when they are listening to a story, they sit and anticipate what is to come as they let the story be told - while being open to be amazed. They are ready for wonder.
So the 41 is about what perpetually recreates.
The cycle of what comes into focus, and what decreases.
In the I Ching, the 41st Hexagram is known as ‘decrease’. The cutting back on things that are not needed - the release - in order to strengthen the core. It's also a departure from our lower nature, or superficial interests; a way for us to uplevel our leadership.
The journey we take from fantasy, to anticipation, to emanation.
Fantasy and anticipation serve a similar impulse, the desire to experience something new; though one avoids reality and the other collaborates with it.
This Gene Key shows us that our discernment, in deciding what we bring into form, and what we release, is where we allow something more powerful than we could have ‘planned’ to occur.
Emanation.
That the purer our leadership becomes, the greater the co-creation we experience; one that we cannot truly put into words.
One that maybe is beyond story, and as powerful as childlike wonder.
Because what you choose to bring forward wants to come through you, not from you.
True leadership is a transmission.
Reflections
- What are you being asked to begin?
- What might need to end so that it can fully unfold?
- Which part of the story are you holding too tightly?
